Hello! My name is Sydney. I am living in Denver, Colorado, my dad is a retired Coast Guard commander, and I am a junior in high school. I am incredibly involved in my school. I am part of NHS, the track and cross country teams, our Peer Counseling program, and I am taking over as president of a club for new transfer students. However, in the very little free time I have, I love to read, paint, and do puzzles. I love to travel and want to travel the world some day. I have two lizards: a leopard gecko named Banana and a bearded dragon named Pancake. My best advice for military kids is to get involved. Joining clubs, playing sports, and going to school events is how I met some of my closest friends.
