Moving to Hawaii was one of the most challenging transitions of my life. During the hardest moments, I held tightly to the belief that every sunset brings the promise of a fresh start, a new chance for growth, resilience, and connection. Looking out at the changing colors that evening, I realized that brighter days were ahead. All I needed to do was practice patience and lead with kindness.
