Dandelion

Elizabeth B.
Hawaii

“My painting showcases a dandelion, which is the flower of the military child. Seeds from the flower of blowing off the page and hanging onto one of them is a girl. This girl is meant to represent military children “going wherever the winds take them.” Or going wherever they are sent. The background is purple because that is the color of the military child.”
